One bedroom (king size tempurpedic bed), one full bathroom, kitchen (refrigerator, sink, microwave, coffee maker, granite countertops), washer/dryer, wood ceramic tile floors, a screened porch, your own WIFI, etc., roughly 800 square feet. Built as a detached guesthouse, it was recently renovated for a college student to live in for a year. She's moved out and it's now vacant. The cottage is located in my back yard. I live on a 1.5 acre, wooded lot. Although it is in the backyard, there is plenty of space and privacy. You won't notice us and we won't notice you (unless you want us to). We are primarily set up to comfortably host two guests, but we have a high quality, self inflating, queen size air mattress in the cottage.
